3T LEGACY INC. — YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SERVICES (Y.E.S.) PROGRAM
Objective: To identify and recruit transitional-age youth who are at risk marginalized, low income, who also may be living in a single parent home who are motivated, meet eligibility criteria, and are most likely to benefit from the program.

Program Mission: To empower transitional-age youth (ages 16–25) with the necessary skills and training to secure stable employment, pursue further education, and achieve independence.
