Chief Executive Officer
Leonard Anderson
Leonard has over 30 years in Corporate Leadership and 10 plus years as an entrepreneur but he has always had a desire to do something greater in the community that would bring hope and change, one person, one family at a time.
Leonard’s mother is his hero and inspiration; with very humble beginnings in a small West Texas town with not many options, she taught him to never give up and more importantly, to fight for those who couldn’t fight for themselves.
Leonard is thankful for the gifts that he has received and passionate about sharing those gifts with those in need. 3T Legacy Inc gives him the opportunity to transition that passion to production and truly inspire and make a difference in the lives of others.
You will hear Leonard ask this question on a regular basis to kids, students, CEOs and Business owners:
What do you want your Legacy to be?

Mel Stevenson
Mel Stevenson is the lead full-time criminal justice professor at Lee College. He has been teaching criminal justice courses for over 25 years. Retiree Mel has over 32 years of experience with the Los Angeles Police Department as a watch commander assigned to various units within the LAPD. One of the units he was assigned was the Air Support Division, with over 10,000 flight hours and a commercial-rated pilot in both planes and helicopters. Mel was a supervisor and manager of the Air Support unit. The experience and knowledge he obtained while working at the LAPD allowed him to bring that same experience to the classroom, translating those experiences into learning tools for our young college students and assisting them in navigating their careers and futures.
As a tenured college faculty member, Mel understands the importance of establishing relationships, collaborations, and knowledge with every student program. His commitment to student-centered services is unwavering, as he actively assists, mentors, advises, directs, and refers all students, including our multicultural and ethnically diverse student population, to the correct departments. This dedication ensures that our students are well-equipped to achieve their career and educational goals and objectives through our Guided Pathways programs or by providing them with the appropriate information for a successful transition and completion of their college studies.
Mel believes that all of his students can be good agents of change. He has dedicated himself to these students and will continue that dedication to ensure everyone can achieve a successful career and is allowed to be successful, happy, and give back to our communities.
