Our Values

NO ONE SHOULD BE LEFT BEHIND

No one should be left behind underscores the principle that every young person, regardless of their background or circumstances, deserves support and opportunities to succeed. This value is crucial for nonprofit organizations working with youth aged 16
to 25, as it emphasizes inclusivity and equity. Many young people face significant barriers such as poverty, discrimination, and lack of access to education and resources. By committing to this value, the organization ensures that all youth receive the necessary support to overcome these challenges, fostering an environment where every
individual can reach their full potential and contribute positively to society.

EVERYONE DESERVES EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

Everyone deserves equal opportunities reflecting the belief that all young people should have the same chances to succeed in life, irrespective of their socioeconomic status, race, gender, or other personal characteristics. This value is central to the mission of
nonprofits serving youth aged 16 to 25, as it drives efforts to level the playing field. It involves creating programs that provide access to quality education, mentorship, job training, and other critical resources. Ensuring equal opportunities helps to break the
cycle of disadvantage and empowers youth to pursue their ambitions, thereby promoting fairness and social justice.

BEING A RESOURCE FOR SUPPLYING KNOWLEDGE

Being a resource for supplying knowledge signifies the importance of providing youth with the information, skills, and education they need to thrive. For nonprofits working with young people aged 16 to 25, this value highlights the role of education and mentorship in personal and professional development. Knowledge is a powerful tool that enables youth to make informed decisions, pursue higher education, and enter the workforce with confidence. By serving as a reliable source of knowledge, the organization helps bridge gaps in education and skillsets, ensuring that all youth have the foundation needed for a successful future.

Each of you should use whatever gifts you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms.
